Anne
Aldridge-Peacock
Pickleball Director
Anne picked up a pickleball paddle at a college basketball reunion 11 years ago and has been playing ever since. She loves the challenge of the game, the people she meets and the fact that pickleball reignited her love of fun competition. A native of Rochester, NY, Anne grew up with 7 brothers and spent most summer nights on a tennis court. Her high school basketball team won the NY State Championship and she went on to be the starting point guard at Yale University.
After 30 years of teaching high school and working at a variety of educational non profits; Anne and family moved from California to Maine and are enjoying the beauty of the seasons, the lack of traffic, and the community at MRC. Anne is PPR certified, has won multiple local tournaments and captured gold at the Senior National Games in 2023. She loves teaching, helping players gain confidence by developing skills, and laughing during the process.
