Court Rentals
MRC has 4 indoor tennis courts, all available for the public to rent!
Courts can be booked in person or over the phone. We recommend booking a court before coming in to MRC, as we cannot guarantee court availability.
Courts can only be booked up to two weeks in advance and must be pre-paid for. Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance to receive a refund.
All players on the court must have a current facility waiver on file. Online waivers can be filled out here
Junior Programs
MRC has tennis programs for kids ages 4-14! No matter your child's play level, there's a place for them in one of our junior programs.
All junior programs run in monthly sessions, and must be registered for before the beginning of each month. Registration does not roll over into the next month.

Private Lessons
MRC offers private and group lessons to help with you with your strokes, serves, foot work, and anything else you need to improve your tennis game! Lessons can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on what you and the teaching pro decide.
Lessons must be scheduled with a pro directly.
If you are unsure which tennis pro would be the best fit for you, please contact our Tennis Director, Seth Meyer, at seth@midcoastrec.org and he will be able to help match you up with a pro!
Meet Our Pros
Restringing
MRC offers racket restringing services with a 72 hour turn-around period. Customers are welcome to provide their own string for a discounted restringing rate, or pick from one of the string MRC provides.
Please specify string type and tension preference at drop off; if you are unsure, our professional restringers will use the recommended stringing specifications on the racket.
Restringing prices begin at $32 and increase depending on the type of string used. If you provide your own string, there is only a $22 labor fee for the restringing.
Rackets must be brought to the Front Desk.
Please do not leave them with a tennis pro!
USTA and UTR
MRC is pleased to be able to host multiple USTA and UTR events each year, and also have multiple USTA and UTR teams that compete across the state.
